Osimhen Rejects Napoli Loan Deal to Chelsea

Want out Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen is not keen on leaving the Italian side on loan but to be totally off the former champions hook peaknews.ng reports.

While negotiations go back and forth, Chelsea has clarified that they consider Victor Osimhen and Romelu Lukaku as “separate deals,” with no interest in a swap, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The Premier League club is unwilling to entertain discussions about swapping the two strikers, despite Lukaku being excluded from their plans.

Napoli reportedly offered €30 million, including add-ons, for Lukaku earlier this week, but Chelsea has set a firm asking price of €43 million. Romano reports that while Napoli has reached personal terms with Lukaku, negotiations with Chelsea are still ongoing.

Meanwhile, Enzo Maresca’s side has reopened talks to sign Osimhen, signaling their intent to secure the Nigerian international on an initial loan deal as the transfer window nears its close.

However, Osimhen, who is keen to leave Napoli’s Stadio Maradona, is unwilling to accept a loan move or reduce his salary, complicating the potential transfer.
