Lagos Governor unveils new housing projects to enhance urban living

 

LAGOS, July 2, 2024 — In a significant move to address the housing needs of Lagos State residents, the Governor unveiled 60 units of two- and three-bedroom apartments at the Rising Lagos Apartments.

These units are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, designed to elevate the quality of life for the residents.

Additionally, the Governor commissioned the Greater Lagos LBIC/WGC Apartments, a 144-unit mixed development project located in Amuwo Odofin. This initiative underscores the administration’s commitment to urban renewal and sustainable development across Lagos State.

“These building initiatives mark a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to address the housing needs of our citizens and promote inclusive growth throughout the state,” the Governor stated during the ceremony.
